Shipping & Returns

As all of our lamps are hand-sewn and customized, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your products will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications. 
Items can be returned for refund or exchange with 7 days after the date of receipt. But the reason for the return caused by yourself (eg, size, color you choose), cannot be accepted. Returns can be sent back within 7 days of receipt, all returned goods never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 5% bank handling fee and shipping costs. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping costs. In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and exchanged. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 12-24 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. If requests a cancellation after the dispatched, the order will be treated according to return policy. Hope you can understand in this key point.
